Opinion of the Court

In re: European American Bk. & Trust; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, and Mandamus; Parish of Lafayette 15th Judicial District Court Div. “H” Number 82-6413, 82-6441, 82-6535, 82-6556, 82-6872.

Granted. The order of the district court of April 16, 1985 is vacated and reversed, and the case is remanded to the district court pursuant to the judgment of this Court on original hearing.
