*925Granted. In the absence of a transcript of the March 12, 1974 guilty plea proceedings or recording of same, the district court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the relator’s Boykin and ineffective assistance of counsel claims and to decide whether they have any merit in light of the evidence adduced.
