In re Payne, Sylvanna; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 269-490.

Granted in part. The trial court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing on good time for Tent City and Templeman lumber work. State ex rel. Gallagher v. State, 462 So.2d 1221 (La. 1985).

MARCUS, BLANCHE and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.
