PER CURIAM.

Writ Granted. The trial court order is amended. JoAnn Segona LoBuono is ordered to answer interrogatories Nos. 2 through 12, as well as Nos. 1 and 13. All of the interrogatories seek discovery of matters either relevant to the subject matter involved in the pending litigation or reasonably calculated to lead to discovery of admissible evidence. C.C.P. Art. 1422.

DIXON, C.J., and MARCUS, J., dissent from the order and would deny the writ.
