Opinion of the Court

In re Blackburn, Calvin; applying for remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, No. 251-492.

Granted: The sentence is vacated and the matter remanded for resentencing under the law applicable to the case which permitted the sentencing judge to suspend the sentence. State v. Cooper, 444 So.2d 113 (La. 1983). The writ is otherwise denied.
