Opinion of the Court

In re Smith, Deanna Individ.; Barletto, Donna Smith; applying for supervisory and remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-4300; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “H”, No. 83-19432.

Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and vacated; the judgment of the trial court is reinstated.

Concurring Opinion

DENNIS, J.,

concurs in the order and has doubts whether the statute is designed to insulate the records or proceedings of this type committee from discovery since it is not a policy making or personnel committee but purely an investigatory vehicle.
