ORDER

The foregoing Petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Leo E. Heymann be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Leo E. Heymann be stricken from the Rolls of Attorneys; and that Leo E. Heymann be and hereby is disbarred on his consent. All costs of these proceedings to be paid by Respondent, Leo E. Heymann.
