STATE of Louisiana
v.
Manuel D.J. CAMPS.

No. 85-K-2223.

Supreme Court of Louisiana.

January 24, 1986.

Denied.

DIXON, C.J., and CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ.

LEMMON, J., concurs. There may be considerable justification, based on concepts of fundamental fairness, to refuse to permit successive federal and state prosecutions in some cases, but this is not one of the cases.
