ON MOTION of Intervenor, W.F. Wan-dell Developments, Inc., through undersigned counsel, and upon suggesting to the Court that the above matter has been settled in full; that Mover desires to dismiss its Writ Application, with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs;

IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that W.F. Wandell Developments, Inc.’s Writ Application be and the same is hereby dismissed, with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs.
