In re State of Louisiana; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, prohibition and mandamus; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. K86-535; Parish of Cal-casieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “G”, No. 3340-86.

Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the judgment of the trial court is reinstated. See State v. Wiggins, 432 So.2d 234 (La. 1983).

DIXON, C.J., and DENNIS, J., would grant the writ.
