Concurring Opinion

WATSON, J.,

concurs, not agreeing with court of appeal on liability but plaintiff could not recover after reducing demand against uninsured motorist carrier to less than settlement with liability carrier. See Jabbia v. Sanders, 501 So.2d 198 (La. 1986).

DENNIS and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ.
