In re Fontanille, William; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, and supervisory writ; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court Div. “K”, No. 86-1300; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 87-K-336.

Granted in part; denied in part. It is ordered that trial commence within 30 days from this date; otherwise, it is ordered that defendant be released without bail. The application is otherwise denied.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, C.J.,

concurs in the order, since it is the least the defendant is entitled to; actually, the defendant is probably entitled to be released without bond immediately.

WATSON, J., would deny the writ.
