In re Hegwood, Bernell; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Tan-gipahoa, 21st Judicial District Court, Div. “A”; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW87 1138.

Granted. It is hereby ordered that the ruling of the 21st Judicial District Court allowing for the extradition of Bernell Heg-wood be stayed for 5 days to allow the attorney for the accused to seek supervisory writs with the Louisiana State Supreme Court.
