In re James, Antonio; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ and stay of execution; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “H”, No. 271-107.

Granted. The order of execution is set aside and the case is remanded to the district court for fixing a new execution date. Trial judge erred in prematurely fixing execution date. Action of Federal Court of Appeal not final until October 14, 1987 when rehearing denied. See R.S. 15:567(C).
