The judgments of the courts below are vacated and reversed. The injunction is dissolved, and the case is dismissed. Reasons for this judgment will be released tomorrow.

Factual determinations of falsity have been made in court proceedings below and there is no holding those determinations are erroneous. In my view such false publications are not constitutionally protected and injunctive relief as to future publications is proper.
