In re Thomas, William M.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the *788Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. CA-8658; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “J”, No. 86-12177.

Granted. Judgment of court of appeal reversed. Trial judge abused his discretion in denying motion for new trial. New trial is granted. Case remanded for further proceedings.
