Opinion of the Court
In re Davis, Sylvester; applying for supervisory, remedial and/or writ of mandamus; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “H”, No. 267-572.
The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on an application for a writ of mandamus he has filed seeking the cost of his multiple offender sentencing transcript.
