In re application for clarification of this Court’s Order of June 29, 1988, 527 So.2d 307; Parish of St. Landry, 27th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 84-318-D;. Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW88-0351.
Because this is a capital murder case, any reasonable request of the defendant should be granted. However, the trial judge has the sole and ultimate authority to decide what is reasonable.
