State v. Gray

Opinion of the Court

In re Gray, James E.; —Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Ascension, 23rd Judicial District Court, Div. “A”.

Granted in part and denied in part. There is no showing that relator is presently entitled to be released, the relief for which he prays. However, the district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s July 13, 1988, 527 So.2d 974, order in 88-KH-1795 to promptly consider the petition transferred to the court and act without further delay.
