Granted. The order of November 23, 1988 is vacated and set aside. The appeal is restored to the hearing docket of the Court of Appeal, with argument to be heard on December 1, 1988 or within 45 days thereafter.

CALOGERO and WATSON, JJ.,

would deny the writ, being of the opinion that the Court of Appeal panel did not abuse its discretion in its application of Rule 2-11.6, Uniform Rules, Court of Appeal.
