Granted. Ex parte ruling of trial judge striking jury trial is reversed. Case remanded for a hearing in accordance with *1207Cambridge Corner Corp. v. Menard, 525 So.2d 527 (La. 1988).

CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would deny the writ.
