Opinion of the Court

DENIED.

Concurring Opinion

DENNIS, J.,

concurs. He would affirm the trial court’s denial of defendant’s motions except that he would provide defendant with costs for depositions or, alternatively, assuming that the trial judge is not already contemplating same, would order the trial court to allow deposition type examination at the hearing before the court, i.e., the asking of any question reasonably calculated to lead to admissible evidence.
