In re McElroy, Tad W.; — Defendants); applying for writ of prohibition, manda*1387mus, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 5843-88; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW89-0092.

Granted. Defendant’s conviction and sentence are reversed. Case remanded to the district court for a new trial. See State v. Tanner, 457 So.2d 1172 (La. 1984) and State v. Rowell, 517 So.2d 799 (La. 1988).

CALOGERO, J., would grant the writ.
