Concurring Opinion

LEMMON, J.,

concurs. Jurisdiction is proper under La.R.S. 13:3201(B), Petroleum Helicopters, Inc. v. AVCO Corp., 513 So.2d 1188 (La. 1987). As to the issue relating to proper service, relator may still object to service under La.C.C.P. art. 925, but under La.C.C.P. art 932 the court must allow plaintiff additional time to effect proper service and thereby remove the grounds for the objection.

DIXON, C.J., and MARCUS and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ.
