CALOGERO and LEMMON, JJ.,

concur. There is no clear allegation by plaintiff or evidence that defendant-vendors were architects, contractors, workmen or undertakers. See C.C. art. 2762 and C.C. art. 3500.

DIXON, C.J., would grant the writ.
