Denied. This court denied relator’s application seeking review of the district court’s denial of the motions to suppress evidence and confession on September 18, 1989, in 89-KH-2169. Any complaint of failure to comply with time limitations set forth in La.C.Cr.P. art. 701 should be filed first in the district court.
