Denied. Information from the district court establishes that relator has filed a motion for new trial which is scheduled for hearing on January 17, 1990. If relator is unsuccessful in his attempt to obtain a new trial and he is sentenced, he may obtain review of the denial of the motion for post verdict judgment of acquittal on appeal.
