dissents from the order believing the trial court was correct and further that the trial court has authority to enforce the restrictions in CCP 1464 et seq.

Granted. Ruling of trial judge granting the motion to quash is reversed. La.Code Civ.P. art. 1464 is not applicable. Trial judge shall issue a protective order to insure the integrity of the specimens.
