Denied. Moot. In his application here, relator alternatively petitioned the Court for an order to the district court to release him. Relator’s counsel notified this Court that the district court granted relief in accordance with La.C.Cr.P. art. 701 at a hearing held on August 10, 1990, releasing relator without bail.
