In re Earles, Judy Wise Ahlstedt; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of St. Mary, 16th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 81917; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW90 1559.

Granted and remanded to the Court of Appeal for action without delay on the merits. It is further ordered that relator be released from jail pending finality of the decree.

HALL, J., dissents believing this application is premature.
