In re Brown, Alfred; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs;
Denied. The Parole Board promptly scheduled a hearing for relator shortly after his October 25, 1990 arrest by the parole officer. There is no support for relator’s claim that he is being held in jail for a prolonged period due to the respondents’ failure to timely perform their legal duties.
