The Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Louisiana State Bar Association are hereby directed to retroactively reinstate Charles D. Simmons, Esq. on the bar roles of the Supreme Court and as a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association with all rights and privileges associated therewith for the period between July 31, 1987 and July 6, 1990.
