In re State of Louisiana, applying for Clarification of this Court’s Order dated January 25, 1991, 573 So.2d 1110; to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 335-844; Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 90-KW-1876.

On the state’s motion, the previous order of this court is clarified to provide that the address of the California witness need not *360be furnished if defense counsel is otherwise provided access to the witness at a reasonable time and place prior to trial.
