Opinion of the Court

In re Casey, Christopher J.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for permission for extension of time to take the Louisiana State Bar;

Applicant’s request to take the bar examination under special conditions due to a severe visual impairment is granted as to the 50% additional time, enlarged print, and specified schedule. The request to retake in February, 1992, any examinations failed in July, 1991 is deemed premature and may be refiled after the July, 1991 results are known, if deemed necessary.
