Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, rendered May 8, 1991, is reversed, and the ruling of the district court rendered in open court on April 17,1991, declaring the defendant indigent and appointing Mr. John Crochet of the Public Defender’s Office as counsel for defendant in this criminal proceeding, as well as the prior ruling of the district court dated March 8, 1991, appointing the Public Defender’s Office to represent the defendant, are reinstated.
