In re Minnieweather, Martha; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs 0; Parish of Morehouse, 4th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 91-1345A.

Granted in part; denied in part. Considering relator’s sentence for constructive contempt to be excessive, the sentence is amended to provide that all but 10 days of the 90-day sentence are suspended. Otherwise, the judgment of contempt and sentence are affirmed. The stay order is recalled.
