LEMMON, J.,

concurs. When the Board chose to allow relator’s counsel to withdraw, fundamental fairness required the Board to allow relator a reasonable amount of time to obtain new counsel before the hearing.

Granted. Court judgments reversed. Board determination vacated. Remanded to the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners for a new hearing and determination after granting relator a reasonable opportunity to employ a new attorney and prepare for the hearing.
