Denied in part; transferred in part. Relator’s request to be relieved of his bail obligation pursuant to La.C.Cr.P. art. 701 is denied as moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989). His motion for a bond reduction is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, for its consideration.
