State v. Hill

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Granted in part. If the trial court in the in camera inspection ordered by the court of appeal determines the existence of any Brady material, the court is ordered to make that material available to relator sufficiently in advance of trial so as to allow relator adequate time for preparation for use of the material at trial. The application is otherwise denied. Relator may apply for additional relief if and when the need arises.
