DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the Hearing Committee and of the Disciplinary Board, and of the record filed herein, it is the decision of the court that the Disciplinary Board’s recommendation be adopted.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of L. DANIEL BISHOP be stricken from the roll of attorneys and that his license to practice law in Louisiana be revoked and cancelled. Costs of the proceedings are assessed to respondent.
