ORDER
ON CONSIDERING THE FOREGOING JOINT MOTION BY JANET RADER STONE AND JAMES H. STONE TO DISMISS APPLICATION OF JANET RADER STONE FOR SUPERVISORY WRITS AND FOR STAY ORDER,
IT IS ORDERED that the Application of Janet Rader Stone for Supervisory Writs and for Stay Order Directed to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal Regarding its Order of September 29, 1992, be and is hereby dismissed, with prejudice.
