In re Crawford, Donald; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “C”, No. 358-059; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 92KA 2772.

Granted. Defendant’s motion for disclosure of the identity of the confidential informant is granted for the reasons expressed in Judge Plotkin’s dissent from the writ denial in the court of appeal. The district court should enter an appropriate order.
