In re Dowl, Nathaniel; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “M”, No. 266-699-MI.

Granted in part; denied in part. Relator’s request for a bond reduction is denied as moot as his bond has been reduced. With respect to his remaining arguments, the petition is granted for the sole purpose of transferring the pleading to the district court for its consideration.
