MARCUS, J.,

would grant, being of the opinion that Nalco Chemical Corp. is entitled to a devolutive appeal rather than a suspensive appeal and that the holding in Baton Rouge Bank & Trust Co. v. Coleman, 582 So.2d 191 (La. 1991), should be reexamined.
