In re Hemstreet, Gerald; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial *347writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 93KW-0589; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “A”, No. 349-346.

Granted in part. The district court is ordered to provide necessary funds not to exceed $3000 to the defense for the purpose of employing a psychiatrist. Otherwise, denied. Stay order vacated.
