In re Smith, Timothy; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 354-871; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 93KW-0351.

Granted. Judgment of the trial court is reversed. Joint charge is ordered severed to allow for separate trial of each defendant. Case remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
