Opinion of the Court

In re District Court Judge XYZ; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs.

Denied.

Concurring Opinion

WATSON, J.,

concurs in the denial but notes his opinion that this is a very close matter and that the Judiciary Commission should exercise care because of its vast power.

Concurring Opinion

HALL, J.,

concurs. The motion to quash subpoena duces tecum should first be filed in the Judiciary Commission. However, the showing made does not warrant quashing the subpoena. Thus, I concur in the denial of the motion to quash, but I would grant the motion to keep the filing confidential in this matter pending before the Commission.

ORTIQUE, J., joins in the concurrence by HALL, J. DENNIS, J., not on panel.
