Denied.

Concurring Opinion

HALL, J., joined by ORTIQUE, J.,

concurs. The motion for confidentiality is premature. At such time as a motion or other pleading is filed and a request for confidentiality is made the Court should at that time *642determine whether the filing will be allowed and whether to order the filings sealed.
