In re Joseph, Bertrand, Jr.; — Defendants); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, writ of mandamus; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CR92-1381; Parish of Avoyelles, 12th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 74,432.

Granted in part. The consecutive sentences are excessive under the circumstances. The arson sentence shall be concurrent with the burglary sentences. Otherwise, denied.
