Opinion of the Court
The application is granted in part. The judgment of the court of appeal is set aside and the case is remanded to the Civil Service Commission for introduction by relator of evidence of his reimbursement of $4,500 to the worker’s compensation insurer and for a new decision in the light of that evidence. Otherwise, the application is denied.
